Price Guide
As an unregistered NDIS provider, I work as an independent contractor delivering core services such as daily living assistance & domestic support, transport & community access and clinical risk assessments at transparent contractor rates with no agency or platform mark-ups.
For high-intensity nursing supports such as complex wound, catheter/stoma car & enteral feeding, I subcontract these under fully registered NDIS providers, ensuring all care remains within my RN scope of practice

My Aged Care & CHSP Rates
All aged-care services are delivered under agreement with your approved provider. Rates shown are indicative—final pricing is set by your provider in line with your package level and individual care plan
Personal & Domestic Assistance $65.00 /hr
Community Access with Nursing Escort $75.00 /hr
Nursing & Clinical Support $95.00 /hr
Private Nursing Rates
Private-pay services are invoiced directly by Lacambra Care. Rates are indicative and may vary based on complexity, visit duration, and any additional travel or equipment needs.

Travel Policy

First 30 km from St Clair: included in the hourly rate

Beyond 30 km: $0.85 per km (ATO 2025-2026)
No minimum travel fee—only pay for the extra distance as agreed upon.
Cancellation & Reschedulling Policy

Free cancellation with more than 24 hrs’ notice

50% fee for cancellations with less than 24 hrs’ notice
-
100% fee for no-shows (no contact with 15 mins of appointment time)
If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact me to discuss rescheduling to avoid fees.
How to Book my Services
1. Fill out the Service Enquiry Form (Response within 1–2 business days) or give me a phone call/sms directly.
2. Discuss services required, pricing, scheduled times, any consumables & complete a Service Agreement with your case manager/support coordinator.
3. Receive your invoice via email through Hnry, with progress notes included & service agreement attached.
